Assistance to refugees from Ukraine

In connection with the Russian Federation’s attack on Ukraine, Gunfire has engaged in helping refugees from the war-affected areas. Both by providing financial support to the Polish Humanitarian Action and materially and with manpower as volunteers at the assistance center in Wrocław.

Double victory in the „Airsoft Players’ Choice Awards” competition.

For the eleventh consecutive year, the retail store Gunfire.com received the prestigious award in the „Airsoft Players’ Choice Awards” competition organized by the international portal Popularairsoft.com in the category „Best Airsoft Store in Europe”. This year, for the first time, we also won in the category „Best Tactical Store in Europe”.

Increase in imports.

A larger and more modern warehouse enabled an increase in the volume of imported goods. Annually, the warehouse handles between 160 and 200 TEU.

Despite the pandemic, the turn of 2020 and 2021 proved very successful.

Since September of the previous year, we have recorded a record number of dispatched orders, almost 70,000. Our Customer Service Office has also been working very intensively, processing almost 35,000 inquiries and receiving over 11,000 calls during this time.

For the 10th consecutive time Gunfire.com won the title of „Best Airsoft Store in Europe” in the „Airsoft Players’ Choice Awards” competition organized by the portal Popularairsoft.com.

Implementing a new design was a significant change for Gunfire.com. Based on the latest UX trends, customer behavior analysis, and consultations with employees from various departments, we created a modern version of the site. Technical and visual development of the site improved its functionality, speed, and the shopping experience of our customers.

Participation in SHOT Show 2020.

After a successful participation in the previous edition of the fair, the Specna Arms brand returned to Las Vegas with innovations for the Shot Show. This time they were also accompanied by the Gunfire TV team, which continuously reported events from the booth. Again, there were new products such as S-Series sniper rifle replicas, external elements developed by the brand’s 3D department, and the EDGE 2.0 line.

Launch of the Specna Arms Brand Ambassadors Program

Thanks to its growing popularity among airsoft enthusiasts worldwide, a small community was built around the brand. Several airsoft influencers were engaged to become Ambassadors of the Specna Arms brand. Their role is to promote the brand locally, on social media, and to participate in the process of designing new products.

Anniversary edition of the orienteering race GFPOINT2019

Nearly 350 participants took part in the 10th edition of the race. For the first time, we opened registration for participants from abroad. The race took place under the motto PUSH YOUR LIMITS in the extreme conditions of the Dry Mountains. In this edition, participants competed in the categories BASIC, PROFESSIONAL, TEAM, and the well-received ADVENTURE category introduced in 2018.

The booth at last year’s trade show attracted a lot of interest. That’s why Specna Arms returned to this event this year. New EDGE replicas with GATE systems were showcased. It was at this show that a collaboration with airsoft enthusiast and influencer Military.Anna was established. She became an Ambassador of the brand afterwards.

Once again, we had the pleasure of partnering with a world-class MILSIM airsoft event. Every year, Border War gathers hundreds of players from over 31 countries around the world in the Czech Republic.

Participation in the SHOT Show 2019

The Specna Arms brand participated in the American shooting and outdoor trade show Shot Show in Las Vegas for the second time. The brand returned to the event with a bigger booth and a broader product range. The fair was an excellent opportunity to showcase the licensed EDGE RRA replicas and new products for 2020, such as the original ORION gearbox.

2018

New location and category in the GFPOINT2018 race

During the 9th edition of the race, participants faced very challenging conditions in the Dry Mountains. However, the new location wasn’t the only change. We also introduced a fourth category – the story-driven ADVENTURE category, where participants’ problem-solving skills were tested alongside their physical fitness.

Combat Alert 10 powered by Specna Arms

Specna Arms became the Title Sponsor, and the Gunfire.com store became the strategic sponsor of the largest defensive training event in Poland, Combat Alert. This event combined elements of on-site defensive training and an airsoft event.

Specna Arms brand at the MOA trade show

The MOA Military/Outdoor/Airsoft-Airgun Exhibition held in Taipei, Taiwan, are one of the largest Asian trade fairs in the airsoft industry. Specna Arms could not miss it, showcasing new products in their range.

Relocation of the warehouse to the facility on Rakietowa Street

Moving the Gunfire.com store warehouse to the modern logistics complex Panattoni Park Wrocław Airport was a milestone in our company’s development. The much larger warehouse (total area of 3600m2) allowed us to improve logistical service, storage of more goods, and comprehensive order processing from around the world.

Participation in the SHOT Show 2018

The Specna Arms brand participated in the American Shot Show in Las Vegas for the first time. Shot Show is the largest trade show in the United States dedicated to the shooting, hunting, and outdoor industries.

Gunfire.com sponsors the „Mission Afghanistan 2017” gathering

Supporting airsoft events is an essential part of our activities. We aim to provide prizes, support organizers, and participate in various types of events. Mission Afghanistan is one of the largest airsoft events with MilSim elements in Europe.

New Specna Arms factory

With plans to introduce the new CORE and EDGE replica series, the Specna Arms brand collaborated with a new, larger factory.

2016

Collaboration with GATE established

With our first order, we began a significant and valuable partnership with the Polish manufacturer of specialized AEG replica control systems and mosfets. Currently, GATE systems are installed in Specna Arms replicas, making them more advanced and functional.

Separate retail store Gunfire.nl

Continuing the policy of opening local e-retail stores, we decided to create Gunfire.nl – a store focused on Dutch and Belgian customers. The Netherlands and Belgium are rapidly developing airsoft markets, and a dedicated site enables us to better cater for their specific needs and conditions.

IWA booth over 80m2

Every year we aim to bring new quality regarding our presence at the IWA fair. In 2016, for the first time, we opted for an island booth, doubling its size compared to the previous edition. The spectacular setup made us one of the leading brands in our industry.

2016 Exceeding 100 employees

Our employees are a vital asset to the company. One of the more significant indicators of our growth is that we managed to double the number of employees in four years, including warehouse staff.

2015

Modernization of the technical service

The industry in which we specialize is unique. One of its most crucial characteristics is the need for a well-equipped technical department. Thanks to the service expansion, we can broaden our range of service offers and efficiently handle our customers’ complaints. Finding qualified service technicians is a challenge for any company in our market, however, we managed to expand this department and ensure its proper equipment.

Opening of a new brick-and-mortar store

The new headquarters allowed us to consolidate operations in one place. By acquiring a new building in the office complex where our headquarters is located, we were able to relocate and modernize our brick-and-mortar store. From then on, Wrocław has a new airsoft community center.

Separate retail store Gunfire.fr

Gunfire.pl is our most important retail store. However, in 2015, we once again decided to meet our customers’ expectations and opened the first local e-retail store. This allows us to tailor our solutions to market needs. Gunfire.fr set a new course for our operations, followed by other stores opened for local markets – enabling us to implement high service standards.

Armored Claw brand presented at the International Defense Industry Fair in Kielce

Armored Claw is a brand we’ve been associated with for several years. In 2015, we showcased its products at the MSPO fair in Kielce. Beyond being a significant event in the product line’s history, it was a milestone for our company, that marked our entry into the uniformed services and pro-defense organizations market. It was an essential opportunity for us to build business contacts and gain valuable experience.

Gunfire wins the Hall of Fame award in the Popular Airsoft poll

Winning an award at the Airsoft Players’ Choice Awards is an achievement itself and an proof of recognition in our industry especially since it’s an international accolade. Our company went a step further by winning this prestigious award five times in a row, earning a spot in the famous Hall of Fame of the poll.

: We become the exclusive distributor of E&L in Central-Eastern Europe

In 2014, shortly after the IWA Outdoor & Classic fair, we were appointed the exclusive distributor of the E&L Airsoft brand in Central-Eastern Europe. Representatives of this esteemed manufacturer also displayed their products at our booth during the fair, strengthening the ties between our companies. Expanding our brand portfolio is crucial to our business strategy.

Opineo Award

Opineo collects reviews and ratings for online stores. Once a year, it awards the best-rated online stores in various categories, depending on the industry in which the seller specializes. Winning an award in the Militaria and Survival category confirms that our pursuing to excellent customer service is paying off.

Relocation to a new office-warehouse complex on Długosza Street in Wrocław

Our company’s dynamic growth required us to find a new location. Moving to a new complex in the city center, though challenging, allowed us to overcome a significant growth barrier. Good communication with various parts of the city also proved to be beneficial for our staff.

2013

Participation in the Shooting & Games Show in Paris

Industry fairs are vital for promoting our company. It’s worth noting that besides significant fairs like IWA or Photokina, we also participate in regional events. This approach strengthens our business relationships, a cornerstone of our operations. The Shooting & Games show in Paris was particularly important, attracting gamers and sellers from one of Europe’s largest airsoft markets.

We become the exclusive distributor of G&G

Another esteemed airsoft market manufacturer granted us exclusive distribution rights. Such deals are a form of recognition and allow us to expand our product range significantly.

Creation of a product development department

Managing our expanding brand portfolio began to require more and more resources. Thus, in 2013, we established a product development department, which continuously works on broadening our offerings.

2012

We become a distributor of the Umarex brand

Umarex is one of the world’s largest companies in the shooting and outdoor industry. This renowned and respected institution recognized us in 2012, granting us distributor status on the airsoft market.

Photokina Fair – debut of the new Opticon product line

Our company develops various product brands. A testament to our wide-ranging interests is the Opticon brand, which debuted in 2012 at the Photokina fair in Cologne, Germany. Launching this product line marked our entry into the optical accessories and devices market, such as telescopes and amateur microscopes.

First GFPOINT in the mountains

Since its inception, GFPOINT was a unique event. However, in 2012, we made a significant change by relocating it to the mountainous Ślęża Massif. The event also tripled in size, with 115 participants. It’s worth noting that GFPOINT attracts media attention even on an international scale, maintaining its popularity. Organizers ensure that each edition presents unique challenges or takes place in a new location.

Surpassing 50 employees

One measure of a company’s growth is its employee count. Exceeding the 50-employee threshold in 2012 indicates our company’s dynamic growth. The specialized nature of the airsoft industry makes recruitment particularly challenging.

2009

Gunfire wins the award for the best airsoft store in Europe

Popular Airsoft is an influential industry portal. Every year, it organizes the Airsoft Players’ Choice Awards, a globally recognized accolade given by the airsoft community. Since the very inception of this prestigious award, our Gunfire.pl store has been consistently winning in the Best Retail Store in Europe category.

Opening of a brick-and-mortar store in Kryniczno

We added a store located at the company’s headquarters in Kryniczno, near Wrocław, to our chain of physical stores. This new location facilitated personal pickups for customers ordering online.

First GFPOINT

2009 marked a new era in Polish airsoft events. That year, we organized the first GFPOINT – an orienteering run with airsoft elements. Since then, every January, players from all over Poland participate in this globally unique race. The event combines navigation skills, general fitness, airsoft knowledge, and military know-how. Participants must complete the course as quickly as possible, undertaking various tasks at scattered checkpoints. Successfully completing or bypassing these checkpoints can determine victory or defeat as they’re tied to the finish line’s scoring system.

First booth at IWA

The IWA Outdoor & Classic Fair is the largest event of its kind in the industry. Since 2009, we have been among the exhibitors and regularly surprise the visitors with an even better booth. The fair is a very important event for us throughout the year – it allows us to meet not only our suppliers but also our biggest customers.

Relocation to a new headquarters in Kryniczno

The company’s growth led to outgrowing its previous location. The new location proved essential for us, not least because it offered more warehouse space and better-equipped offices, not to mention that the new location was well connected with the city’s transportation hubs and the local airport.

2008

Opening of the first office in Mainland China

The next office of our company was established in Mainland China. This enabled us to expand our trading network to the largest industry manufacturers. Since then, we have been systematically increasing the scale of imports.

Opening of the first brick-and-mortar stores

To ensure that our customers receive service of the highest standards, we established a chain of Militaria 24 showrooms in Wroclaw (ul. Ofiar Oświęcimskich and ul. Piłsudskiego).

2006

Opening of the first office in Hong Kong

With the growth of the company, we faced the necessity of establishing a permanent representation in Hong Kong. Thanks to permanently employed staff there, as opposed to the use of trading agents common in our industry, we were able to obtain better cooperation terms from the suppliers.

2005

Gunfire.pl store is established

It was then that the most recognizable brand representing our company was created. Although Gunfire.pl is just one of several stores we operate, it remains the most important and largest of them.

2004

Establishment of the first trade contacts in China

We quickly realized that the key to the success of our business is to open up to international contacts. Within a year of the company’s inception, we established our first contacts in China, which helped us supply products for our customers.

2004 Establishment of the first company

From then on, we can talk about the history of our company. With the opening of the AirsoftGuns.pl store, the president of our company began his commercial activities, which led us to where we are today. The first online store also determined the direction of our development and bonded us with our main area of activity, which includes military gear, hobbyist and outdoor products, and especially airsoft.
